5. Code Repository Access

When you connect a repository to Mahakalp, you grant us permission to:

• Access and index your repository content
• Store repository metadata and embeddings
• Process your code for semantic search functionality

You retain all ownership rights to your code. We will not share your code with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mahakalp service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mahakalp and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mahakalp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
